Our Team

John Boggs – President & CEO

Founder of JBA and a certified MLBPA Agent, John has led the agency for over 35 years, negotiation over $1B in contracts. His deep industry relationships and marketing expertise have helped shape careers of all of our clients including Hall of Famers. His leadership is rooted in integrity, loyalty, and a lifelong passion for the game.

Steve Boggs – Baseball Operations

A former professional player and current MLBPA Agent, Steve oversees JBA’s baseball operations, scouting, and client relations. His firsthand playing experience brings authenticity and insight to be able to connect with players on a personal level.

Taylor Jacobson – Business Operations

Taylor manages contracts, endorsements, finances, appearances, ensuring every client’s on and off field needs are handled with precision. As an MLBPA Certified Agent, she utilizes attention to detail and dedication to our client first approach to the agency in order to advise our clients and their families.

Anthony Stabile – Talent Evaluator & Recruiter

Anthony is a former collegiate player and coach. He has a deep understanding of the amateur baseball landscape. He is a MLBPA Limited Certified Agent and plays an important role in scouting and recruiting future JBA athletes.

Dan Kramer – Recruiter

Dan is a MLBPA Limited Certified Agent focused on identifying and recruiting top talent. His playing background and passion for development make him a key asset in building JBA’s future roster.

Jeff Fannell – Arbitration & Legal Consultant

Jeff has a decade of experience as Assistant General Counsel for the MLBPA. He bring unmatched expertise in salary arbitration, contract law, and grievance resolution. His strategic thinking and legal acumen are instrumental for JBA’s clients.
