Can I use my own website hosting provider?
Our turnkey plans include website hosting on our secured, reliable and scalable cloud platform that we keep up-to-date. If you choose to host your own website, contact us to discuss building your website on a custom solution.
Do you provide a domain name?
We do not provide domain names but we can guide you on how to purchase your domain name if you do not already have a domain name for your website. We can handle all the technical aspects of pointing your domain to your new website. No sweat!
Do you provide email addresses?
No, we do not provide email addresses for your domain. If you do not have an existing email provider, we recommend you set up emails with Google Workspace. We will handle the technical aspects of pointing your domain to your new website without affecting your existing email set up.
Can I change my plan?
Your website plan requires a 12-month commitment as the cost of building your website is spread out into 12 payments along with the hosting, support and maintenance. There is no option to cancel or downgrade the plan. However, if you wish to upgrade the plan, you are required to pay the difference in the set up cost between your current plan and the upgraded plan in addition to the increased monthly subscription of the new plan.
Can I make changes to my website?
Yes! With WordPress as the Content Management System, you have the ability to easily make content changes to your website. You will have access to our quick online tutorials and if you get stuck, we’re just a phone call away!
